Description

Claude Harness is a governance harness for Claude Code and Codex CLI that enforces enterprise-grade software development practices such as planning, test-driven development, evidence-based verification, independent review, and institutional knowledge capture. It includes a Cortex Engine for efficient code intelligence, an Obsidian Vault for shared knowledge management, and quality gate hooks that prevent bypassing critical workflow steps. This system improves agent efficiency and code quality by making it impossible to cut corners.
