Description

Claude MCP Server manages hierarchical, project-specific and conversation contexts for Claude, enabling persistent context across sessions and easy retrieval. It stores contexts as JSON in a structured ~/.claude/ directory, supports parent/child relationships, references, tagging, and metadata, and integrates with the Claude Desktop MCP configuration. The project is early-stage (v0.1.0), under active rewrite, and not yet production-ready. It aims to improve context organization, quick lookups, and session-based conversation chaining for better assistant continuity.
