Description

Claude Code Memory enhances the Claude Code environment by automatically loading, saving, and recalling project-specific memories based on git signals and session activity. It uses local embeddings and hybrid search to deliver relevant context, error insights, and structured session summaries, all while keeping data local and scoped to the current project.
