Claude Code Bridge automatically logs technical and product decisions made during strategy sessions in the Claude Mac app into project files (CLAUDE.md and docs/decisions.md). This enables Cursor and Claude Code to start with full context, eliminating the need to re-explain decisions and constraints when switching between planning and building. It streamlines collaboration by maintaining an append-only log of decisions accessible to all team members.
