Description

This project provides a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that wraps Chess.com's Published Data API, giving standardized tool endpoints for player profiles, stats, ongoing and archived games, clubs, and titled players. It requires no authentication because it uses Chess.com's public API, and includes tools to download PGN archives and query games by date or player. The server is container-ready (Docker) and intended for integration with MCP-capable assistants such as Claude Desktop for interactive chess data retrieval and analysis.
