Description

ChatSpatial provides schema-enforced orchestration for spatial transcriptomics analysis, allowing large language models to select methods and parameters from a curated registry instead of generating arbitrary code. It exposes over 60 spatial transcriptomics methods as MCP tools, supporting multiple data types and enabling reproducible results across sessions and platforms. The server works with any MCP-compatible client and supports natural language queries for complex spatial transcriptomics workflows.
