Description

The MCP Chatbot is a modular, asynchronous research assistant designed for academics and engineers. It integrates Anthropic Claude 3 with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to provide on-demand literature search, paper metadata caching, and summarisation. The system supports both REPL and one-shot query modes, and can be run locally or via Docker. It aims to enhance research workflows by orchestrating prompts and enabling tool usage through Claude 3.
