Description

This repository provides a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that wraps the CCXT library to let MCP clients interact with many cryptocurrency exchanges (fetch tickers, order books, trades, create/cancel orders, and fetch balances). It includes testnet support, cached exchange instances for performance, and example tools and prompts for trading analysis and order management. The project is open-source (MIT) and includes setup instructions for running locally or integrating with Claude Desktop; it emphasizes using environment variables for API keys and recommends testnets for development.
