CallCenter.js is a vibe‑coded side project that bridges OpenAI's Real‑Time Voice API (gpt‑realtime) with SIP/VoIP networks to place and manage phone calls via an MCP server, CLI, or programmatic API. It generates detailed call instructions from simple briefs (using o3‑mini), handles audio bridging and codec negotiation (G.722 with a prebuilt WASM fallback to G.711), and provides provider profiles and validation tooling for SIP systems (Fritz!Box tested). The project is intended for experimentation and automation (e.g., reservations, appointment scheduling, status calls), but is explicitly marked as an informal personal project with no warranties.
