Description

This MCP server integrates the Brave Search API to provide web, image, news, video and local POI search functionality for agents. It exposes multiple tools (web, image, news, video, local search) and returns image results as resources when applicable. The server can be run via NPX, Docker or packaged as a Desktop Extension and requires a BRAVE_API_KEY; local location results require a Pro plan and will fall back to web search if unavailable. It is a third-party implementation and not officially affiliated with Brave Software.
