Description

This repository implements an MCP (Model Connector Protocol) server that lets agent applications interact with Box using either OAuth2 or CCG authentication. It includes a suite of tools for files, folders, metadata, search, groups, users, shared links and AI-powered queries, and supports multiple transports (stdio, SSE, streamable-http). The server is designed to run locally and be integrated with agent clients such as Claude Desktop and Cursor for secure access to Box resources. It simplifies building agents that need to read, modify, search and manage Box content programmatically.
