Biomedical Agent connects to various MCP servers such as OpenTargets, Monarch, MyGene, MyChem, and MyDisease to route biomedical questions and return synthesized, structured answers. It provides metadata including confidence levels, citations, and limitations to support trust in the responses. The tool supports both command-line and Streamlit user interfaces, facilitating easy integration and interactive querying for research and educational purposes.
