Description

Bio-Agents MCP provides modular microservices including an LLM client and API servers for the Protein Data Bank and ChEMBL chemical database. It facilitates querying and interacting with biological data sources through natural language interfaces and supports asynchronous operations. The project is built on the FastMCP framework and can be deployed using Docker and Docker Compose for easy integration and scalability.
