An MCP server that lets agents query Google BigQuery by running a local BigQuery bridge executable configured with Google application credentials.
Run SQL queries against Google BigQuery datasets using service-account credentials from an MCP-managed external tool.
Integrate large-scale analytics or warehouse data into decision-making or retrieval pipelines without embedding credentials in the agent itself.
A locally configured bridge (compiled via Deno) to expose BigQuery as an MCP-enabled data source to other components.
This repository provides a BigQuery MCP (Modular Connector Protocol) server implementation. It compiles via Deno and runs a binary (mcp_bigquery) that exposes BigQuery access to agents using the MCP configuration. The server requires Google application default credentials (GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS) and is configured by adding a JSON entry under mcpServers.bigquery. It is useful for integrating BigQuery datasets into agent workflows securely using service account credentials.
