Better Telegram MCP is a server that supports Telegram integrations in two modes: Bot API for quick bot interactions and MTProto for full user-account access. It optimizes token usage by consolidating many endpoints into six powerful tools, supports web-based OTP authentication for user mode, and includes security features like SSRF protection and path traversal prevention. The server is configurable via environment variables and supports both local and remote authentication relay modes, making it suitable for various deployment environments including Docker and headless setups.
