An MCP server that exposes Backlog projects, issues, and wiki pages as resources and tools so agents can query, summarize, and interact with Backlog data programmatically.
Access and search Backlog projects, issues, and metadata via a structured resource URI (backlog://project/[id]) to support context-aware actions.
Summarize and analyze Backlog usage patterns or recent projects to produce reports and insights from issue and wiki data.
Programmatically read and update Backlog wiki pages or add comments to issues as part of automated workflows or conversational assistants.
This TypeScript-based MCP server integrates Backlog (the project management service) with the Model Context Protocol, exposing Backlog projects, issues, comments, and wiki pages as structured resources and interactive tools. It provides API tools for listing projects, retrieving and filtering issues, reading and updating wiki pages, and adding issue comments, plus prompt handlers to summarize projects and analyze usage. The server is designed for use with an API key and space URL (stored in environment variables), enabling agents to fetch, summarize, and manipulate Backlog data for automation, reporting, or conversational workflows.
