by auth0 • Identity & Access
A local MCP server that lets LLM agents manage Auth0 tenants (applications, APIs, actions, logs, and forms) via natural language.
Create, configure, or update Auth0 applications and clients (SPA, native, M2M) using simple natural-language commands.
Search and inspect Auth0 authentication logs and specific log entries to diagnose login activity or security events.
Manage and deploy Auth0 Actions, resource servers (APIs) and custom forms, including adding scopes, updating token settings, and publishing forms.
Auth0 MCP Server implements the Model Context Protocol to expose Auth0 Management API functionality to MCP clients (Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code, etc.). It provides a set of tools for listing, getting, creating, updating and deploying Auth0 resources (applications, resource servers/APIs, actions, logs, and forms) and handles authentication via OAuth2 device flow or client credentials. The server emphasizes security (scoped permissions, read-only modes, token storage in system keychain) and is configurable to limit tool access for principle-of-least-privilege deployments. It is published under the MIT license and currently marked beta.
