Description

This repository provides a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server implementation to integrate LLM agents with Ashby's Applicant Tracking System (ATS). It exposes candidate, job, application, and interview management endpoints, plus analytics and batch operations, so agents can create, search, list, update, and schedule recruitment data and workflows. The connector is configured via an MCP server entry (example provided for claude_desktop_config.json) and requires an ASHBY_API_KEY environment variable. It enables automation and natural-language driven interactions with Ashby data from LLMs and other MCP-capable clients.
