This experimental MCP server enables AI tools to perform full CRUD operations, search, tag management, link analysis, daily notes, templates, and backup on multiple Obsidian vaults directly via the filesystem. It supports configurable tool groups for tailored functionality and includes strong security measures like path traversal and symlink protection. Designed primarily for testing and learning, it facilitates efficient note management and knowledge analysis without requiring Obsidian to be open.
