Description

A Python-based MCP server built on the Model Context Protocol SDK that provides programmatic access to GEDCOM (.ged) files. It can read and parse files, search for individuals and families, and rename or list GEDCOM files within a restricted directory. The server is designed for integration with agent platforms (e.g., Claude Desktop via Smithery) to enable genealogical data extraction and file management in automated workflows.
