Description
The adapter connects to an ACP server, discovers registered ACP agents, and registers each as an MCP resource (acp://agents/{agent_name}). It exposes agent runs as an MCP tool (run_agent), enabling MCP apps like Claude Desktop to invoke ACP agents. It is lightweight, open-source (Apache 2.0), and currently supports Stdio transport with basic content translation and no streaming or shared memory.
